These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MYCBM website, web application and any related apps (together, the "Service"), operated by MYCBM ("MYCBM", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MYCBM provides online calculators and tools for shipping and logistics, including a sea freight CBM calculator, an air freight calculator, container fill estimates, shipment consolidations and a calculation history. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

2. Calculations are estimates

All results produced by the Service — including volumes (CBM), volumetric and chargeable weights, freight costs, container utilization and totals — are estimates for planning purposes only.

  • Results depend on the data you enter and on assumptions such as volumetric divisors and approximate container capacities.
  • Estimated costs are not quotes and will not necessarily match the invoice of a carrier, airline, shipping line or freight forwarder.
  • Actual loading depends on packaging, stacking, weight limits, cargo shape and carrier rules.
  • You are responsible for checking official freight rates, surcharges, duties, taxes and carrier requirements before making business decisions.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • You must verify your email address before using the application.
  • Tell us promptly at support@mycbm.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of trade, sanctions or export laws;
  • attempt to access other users' data, our systems or security features without authorization;
  • interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, or use automated means to scrape it;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful, including malicious code.

5. Free trial and subscription

  • New accounts may start a 3-day free trial with access to the features of MYCBM Pro.
  • After the trial, continued access requires a MYCBM Pro subscription at $14.99 per year, unless a different price is clearly shown to you before purchase.
  • Prices exclude taxes; taxes may be added where required by law.
  • Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled, according to the rules of the billing provider you used (for example our website payment provider, the Apple App Store or Google Play).
  • If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter, including calculations, shipment and product details and images ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content only to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload any images or information you add.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the MYCBM name and logo, belongs to MYCBM or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. Features described as "coming soon" are plans, not commitments.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the application (Settings or Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) continue to apply.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind;
  • MYCBM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goods or data, including losses arising from reliance on estimated calculations;
  • our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law and contact
